Group Life Coaching Course, October 2024

Our group life coaching courses are ideal for women taking their first steps towards transforming their lives.

This three week programme is built around our CALM process. There will be work to complete before each session. Participants need to allow two lots of 45 minutes to an hour preparation before each session.

Course materials will be provided along with a personal journal for self-reflection and growth work.

Group Life Coaching Course Dates

This course runs for three weeks and participants need to attend all three sessions. All sessions are from 10am to 1pm and include light refreshments.

The dates are:

• Saturday, 5th October 2024
• Saturday, 19th October 2024
• Saturday, 2nd November 2024

What You Will Learn

This unique in-person group life coaching programme introduces you to some of the key coaching tools which enable you to find clarity, increase your confidence and empower your life. Limited to only six women, this course is based on the CALM process which I have developed over time with my clients.

• Vision boards
• Values
• Limiting beliefs
• Inner critic
• The power of choice
• Healthy habits

There will be ample time for feedback, exploring, and reflection.

Held across three Saturday morning sessions, this programme provides a positive, safe and confidential space to share, to explore and to reflect as well as offering a sense of community, friendship and accountability. You will feel heard and understood and only need to speak about things you are comfortable sharing. There will be growth work for you to undertake after each session and time built-in for me to offer support and feedback on your journey. As with all life coaching, you need to invest in and commit to the process and do the growth work to get the change.
